Hello & Welcome! I am Katerina. I founded Wellrose in 2020 with the lifelong belief that when all dimensions of our health are in balance, we can create the life we desire. My journey to creating this community is deeply personal. Growing up in a health-conscious medical family, my parents prioritized our holistic health above all else. Leaving an abusive and narcissistic relationship taught me, firsthand, the vital role of our emotional well-being, how this can deeply impact our physical health, and how we can attract people and things from our wounds. These experiences fueled my passion to build a trusted wellness community that supports individuals to live vibrantly and freely, by creating synergy between their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and providing tools and methods that cater to every individual. WELLROSE is more than just a community or brand; it's a sanctuary where I aim to empower individuals to embrace sustainable and integrative health practices, and embark on their own transformative journeys toward healing and creating the life they desire.
